Pay through Direct Debit

THE MOST CONVENIENT, EFFICIENT AND EASY WAY TO ACCESS WATER

What is direct debit (DD)?
Customer instructs his/her banker to directly deduct the equivalent of his/her monthly water bills from his/her account.

Participating banks
Barclays, Nile, Crane, Orient, Stanbic, Citibank, Standard Chartered and DFCU.

Who Qualifies?
Any NWSC customer who holds an active account with the partner banks above qualifies for DD.

How to Join?
Customer goes to the nearest NWSC offices and completes the DD form.

Benefits
• DD saves customers from inconveniences of disconnection.
• DD saves customers from unnecessary movements
• DD provides a convenient way of payment
• DD offers free of charge means of payments

Accuracy of Bills
• NWSC endeavors to carefully check all bills for accuracy before sending out.
• Variations in the bills by 25% or more are not sent out unless thoroughly investigated and verified
• Variation less than 25% are investigated and incorporated in the next bill.
• Receipt acknowledging payment by DD is attached on the next bill.

Information
Take note that w.e.f 1st July 2007 all payments will be made through DD.
So get started now to avoid being disappointed!
